Refund policy

At Lunaire Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Lunaireskincare@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Because our products are beauty items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for a return or replacement if they meet the conditions below:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return approval must be given before sending anything back.

If your return is approved, we will let you know the next steps. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method after the item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
